Limpid, shiny ruby with purplish tints.
Notes of red fruits such as raspberry and dark fruits like blackberry and blackcurrant.
Smooth and tender beginning with a beautiful acidity, silky tannins are followed by the black fruits bouquet.
Perfect with white and red meat, poultry and fish as well as with exotic cuisine such as Antillean or Asian.

Traditional Beaujolais vinification in whole bunch: half carbonic maceration with two pumping over per day during 10 min, maceration between 5 to 6 days in concrete tanks.
