This wine comes from the granite, special soil of Saint-Vérand called plagiogranite. It is a Viognier on the freshness with a beautiful aromatic complexity, roundness and a balanced acidity.
Shiny gold color.
Fresh and fruity: apricot, pear, cherry plum, litchi and vine peach.
Fresh beginning, rich and supple with a long finish on the palate. Grapefruit and white peach aromas brought by a delicate acidity.
As an aperitif and with a starter, green beans, tuna fish and salmon, white meat, poultry souffle and cheese.
