Fleurie Les Deux Granites
Fleurie is the queen of Beaujolais. This cuvée is a blend of two great granite terroirs, Poncié and Les Garants, hence the name Les Deux Granites. It is an elegant, intense wine, full of roundness and fruit.
Intense and brilliant ruby color with purplish highlights.
Lovely aromas of plums, raspberries, spices and rose petals.
Medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, it's deep and nicely concentrated, with lovely acids, powdery tannins and a penetrating finish.
This Fleurie is a very nice match with all the kinds of white and red meat as well as with Asian food.

Traditional vinification of Beaujolais in whole bunch: semi carbonic maceration with two pumping over per day during 10 min, maceration from 9 to 11 days in concrete tanks
